Patient Eligibility / Ages Treated
Patients must be survivors of childhood cancer who are five years disease-free and at least two years off treatment.

Information Services
The clinic provides up-to-date information and support for survivors and their families.

Clinical Services
The clinic is staffed with a pediatric oncologist, nurse practitioner, psychologist, health educator, patient assistance liaison, a nurse researcher, and a cancer registrar.
