Patient Eligibility / Ages Treated
Patients must be off cancer treatment therapy for 2 years or 2 years post stem cell transplant. The clinic will see patients between the ages of 4 and 44 years old.

Family Services
Education and counseling services are available for families.

Information Services
The clinic provides education regarding late effects and healthy lifestyles.

Clinical Services
The patient is given a comprehensive evaluation by a nurse practitioner and pediatric oncologist. Other specialties include cardiology, and orthopedics. Ophthalmologists are available as needed.

Psychosocial Services
A social worker, and psychologist available upon request. Neuropsychological testing is available through the neuropsychological department. The clinic offers an annual survivors day.

Research
The clinic's research includes work on health intervention for adolescent survivors. The clinic is planning an obesity study.

Appointment Information / Times and Duration
The clinic meets every Monday afternoon from 12 to 4:30 PM; appointments last 45 minutes.
