Patient Eligibility / Ages Treated
Patients must be survivors of childhood cancer off treatment for at least two years.

Information Services
The clinic provides educational material about the risks associated with the specific cancer treatments and information to improve the patient's lifestyle.

Clinical Services
Patients are given a complete evaluation including a physical exam, blood work and any other tests needed.

Psychosocial Services
The clinic provides professionals to meet psychosocial needs of the cancer survivor.
