Patient Eligibility / Ages Treated
Patients must be 5 or more years from diagnosis and at least 2 years off treatment. The clinic will see patients from 0 to 21 years old.

Clinical Services
The clinic is staffed with a physician and a nurse practitioner.

Psychosocial Services
The clinic is staffed with a social worker, psychologist, psychiatrists, and neuropsychologists.

3 clinics held each week; appointments last approximately 1 hour.
