Patient Eligibility / Ages Treated
Patients must be 5 years post-diagnosis and at least 2 years post-completion of the last treatment. The clinic will see patients of any age.

Appointment Information / Times and Duration
The clinic meets the 1st Wednesday of each month for Survivors of Childhood Cancer and the 2nd Wednesday for Bone Marrow Transplant survivors.
