Patient Eligibility / Ages Treated
Patients must be five years from diagnosis and off treatment for two or more years.

Information Services
The clinic works to provide educational material to childhood cancer survivors and the general medical community about late effects

Clinical Services
The clinic provides screenings and evaluations of cardiac, renal, fertility and other organ system function for the early identification of problems.

Psychosocial Services
Patients are given a psychosocial assessment. Counseling is available regarding learning difficulties, coping with residual problems or other concerns for patients and families.
