Patient Eligibility
/ Ages Treated
Patients must have completed cancer treatment and
be disease free for up to 2 years.
Information Services
The clinic provides educational material and special
events.
Clinical Services
The clinic provides a complete physical evaluation.
In addition to innovative diagnostic and treatment
approaches, available services include complementary
or integrative medicine, nutrition counseling, pain/
symptom management, and rehabilitation.
Psychosocial Services
Counselors assist survivors and families with personal
issues that surround survivorship. Complementary services
include stress management, visual imagery, acupuncture,
massage therapy, and yoga.
Research
The clinic is involved in the development of a database
for adult cancer survivors.
Insurance Information
/ Financial Assistance
Accepts most major insurances, financial counselors
available.
