Patient Eligibility / Ages Treated
Patients must be disease free and off treatment for at least 2 years. The clinic will see patients who are up to 30 years old for routine visits, but will see patients of any age for consultation visits.

Appointment Information / Times and Duration
The clinic meets 1 or 2 times each month on Friday; appointments last 2 to 4 hours.
